Multiple crude bombs have exploded at a crossroads in Dhaka’s Jatrabari, a day after similar blasts outside the local police station.
A rickshaw puller has been injured in the latest incident.
Around 7:30pm on Saturday, several crude bombs went off outside Samad Super Market at the Jatrabari Police chief Raju Ahmed said.
Police are investigating who set off the bombs, according to the officer.
An internal police report says unidentified miscreants detonated four crude bombs.
It also says a 32-year-old rickshaw puller identified only as Billal was injured.
Earlier in the evening, two buses were set on fire in Mirpur-1 and Mirpur-11.

At least eight locations across the capital saw bomb blasts or similar incidents from Friday afternoon into the night, while a bus was set on fire in Mirpur.
