Checkpoints tighten Dhaka streets

Security has been stepped up across Dhaka following reports of crude bomb blasts and buses being set on fire. On Saturday, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police set up checkpoints at more than 200 locations, including key intersections, flyovers and entry points, intensifying searches and intelligence surveillance.
